機車的定時提醒程式
雖然總覺得自己要早睡一點，但常常一坐在電腦前就忘了時間.
昨天躺在床上試著早睡時，又開始想一些有的沒的了! (難怪會睡不著...)
突然想到如果有個軟體可以計算我使用電腦的時間，設定在某時間後提醒我離開座位休息，那應該是不錯的東西.
